At Naot Footwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes are not a perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack the Items
Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and secure it inside a shipping carton to ensure safe transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
